Team Project Reflection 2#

This assignment asks students to reflect on their experiences during the second checkpoint of the ENGR 13300 team project and evaluate both their individual contributions and their team’s overall effectiveness. You are asked to discuss what portion of the project you have completed, assess your confidence in your technical work, describe your team dynamics and communication practices, and consider areas for personal growth moving forward. After reflecting on your experience, you will develop three specific, actionable goals that could improve the team’s progress, collaboration, and workflow during the next phase of the project.
